I've made a usb key with Frugalware, you can download the image here :

Login : root
Pass : Frugalware
You can test this image with qemu :
qemu fwusb_key.img
For install this image into a usb key :
dd if=diskboot.img of=/dev/sda
Replace sda by your usb key
REPLACE SDA BY YOUR USB KEY
Result :
/ with Frugalware on ext3 1,5Go and an other part on fat32 500Mo
