Frugalware-tweak GUI rewritten

Hi,

I've rewrite the GUI for split mainwindow and I use a treeview instead some pages.

This new GUI is pushed into current.

Now you can change keymap and time config.

I will continue to play with it. I would add some tools as the creation of an frugalware usb key :p

And I've change a little the irc client
