migration to vega

Forums,wiki and my personal blogs have switched to this powerfull server :p

This server run with frugalware stable.

The kernel configuration should be modify for works out of box and I've generate an initramfs for boot it with dracut \o/

Now vega is full frugalware !!! and frugalware can run a poweredge dell as well
